Annual Anthology

Jay Oatway is an active member of the Hong Kong Writer’s Circle. He has served as contributing editor for the 2025 short-story anthology, Score, featuring more than 30 Hong Kong-based writers. 

His short-story Crash Test is also featured in the anthology.

He has also signed on to be co-editor on the 2026 anthology.

Quarterly Journal

Jay Oatway has joined the Hong Kong Writer’s Circle (HKWC) editorial team for the quarterly publication, The Apostrophe.

Each issue features the top five stories from the HKWC and beyond.

His story The Reminder was featured in the Issue #7 “Action”.
