Loyalty programs are going to evolve rapidly to take advantage of new customer data, in particular you influence score.
With airlines, those with Klout may find themselves moving to the front of the plane. While upgrades are the goal, for now it won’t hurt to be “friends” with your favorite airline and interact with them more.
